Ha! I just ordered food from DoorDash for the first time ever. I'm really excited about this! I wonder what will happen.

I gave this guy a high rating. He was so fast, he must've been sitting in the Wendy's parking lot with his car in gear just waiting for an order, and he followed the directions on where to leave it if I wasn't at the door. My Frosty wasn't even melted!

Haha some of guys are freaking pros . I have a guy ( Javier) who does some of our grocery shopping on instacart and he will text me if he’s out doing other orders and stuff is on sale . Like if steaks are marked down or chicken is buy one get one free . I’ve ordered six packs of beer and he will put it on ice in his truck on the way to my house I usually tip him like 20 to 25% depending on the order . He’s awesome . He knows my dogs name . Dude probably does 100 orders a week and he knows my dogs name ?!? Gotta love that

If not for Door Dash, I don’t think my neighbor would know how to eat. I don’t know how he affords it.

I’ll see him pull into his driveway from work and then the Door Dash guy will show up an hour later. I’m like, “Just pick that shit up on the way home.”

He probably has the personal or corporate pass that does reduce the fees a bit. However, most restaurants also jack up the menu prices to offset their DD fees.

I prefer DD because they accept ApplePay but we certainly don’t use it all the time. Gets pricey fast.

I was bored today and did a Shipt order for 2 bottles of Crown Royal . Took me 20 minutes and I made $20 on the order and the guy tipped me $50 and gave me a beer (which I didn’t open until I got home) . 70 bucks for 20 minutes of work and I put 2 miles on my truck . I remember when I was a kid i would need to cut 5 or 6 yards to make that . How times have changed .
