Where are you in the Land of 10,000 lakes? BTW, my wife and I are going to a cookout on the lake today, however it's not in Minnesota. It's here in Marion. LOL
Enjoy! I used to live there. There is a lot of nitrogen in the soil so everything is a deeper shade of green there in the summer. They really like to celebrate July 4th too.
We are on Crosslake. Hope your cookout was great. Today is the youngest grandchild's 1st birthday, so a big week all around.

Yes! We actually flew into Brainerd. I hear the fishing is great up here, especially if you want Walleye.

Summer? Highs 79-80, lasting 3 months. Winter 20s, lasting 3 months. Fall in the 50s, spring about the same. Yesterday was almost 90 and humid.
