May have been posted already but here's a good video on our new safety. Looks like the complete package. Good instincts, great hands, and a hard hitter.

Latest I've read is he's practicing with the second-unit and coming on strong. We'll probably use lots of rotation with these guys and we should be much stronger in 2015 ... it's a lot less confusing playing 4-3 D with normal corners and twin-safeties where LB's take conventional drops while spying/covering RB's and third/fourth-progression slot-back receivers. Runs are easier to recognize (and cover off-tackle) from a 4-3 permitting safeties to provide run-support (think Swearinger sending somebody on a 360-degree spin-loop ride to the nickle-seats before getting up on their hands and knees to crawl towards the wrong sideline).
We've covered receivers pretty well for several years now but dropped a LOT of potential interceptions in the process. Johnson looks to have exceptional hands and very-quick instincts/response to deflections ... that's almost a 'knack' players seem to have or not have.
GREAT addition to the secondary. I think the whole D is going to surprise.
