JB would have to play well for 60 minutes to beat teams that are
competitive or better than Carolina; he doesn't - he starts out tight
and out of sync - leading to errors and falling behind on scoreboard.

The whole offense is infected- JB's inconsistency is transmitted to receivers-
they are not sure what to expect - balls are dropped, routes are not executed , the whole offense is a sea of emotional ups and downs.

When JB gets behind- the pressure drop, he starts to recover, but typically
fails in clutch situations as pressure of a close game reappears.

The JB "problem" is not new -it's been ongoing for some time - so a
solution will not be easy to find.

The current situation is untenable - the cycle has to be broken somehow.
Perhaps, Scar should start next game and see what happens.

I see no reason why our coaching “braintrust” (what a freaking joke) can’t do what JoMo did. He had 2 QBs and figured out that one was better coming off the bench. JoMo had more smarts in his pinky nail than our current guy has in his entire body.

Not just that but when you start making teams have to prepare for 2 QB's with different styles, you gain an advantage. I'm not a $4.5 million dollar coach and even I can figure that out.

THIS!!!...You my man have hit the nail on the head with a supplement remark that the OC needs to stick with the run and the RB that is getting us those positive yards.

I think we need a good ole fashion QB competition. Maybe if JB is sharing snaps, he'll be a bit more calm off the bench. It's in his head now and the fans booing him solidified his confidence issues and I can't blame the fans for doing it. I think the staff needs to bench everyone that's underperforming and that includes all these receivers that are dropping passes. Maybe give someone a chance to step up.

Even after stinking it up the first half this game was still very winnable. All that needed to be done was limit mistakes. It just seems there is some facet of this team that will bite the rest of it almost every week. It's either embarrassing performance by D or stupid penalties or horrible passing or rec league ball skills. But through most of it has been the less than stellar play of the 3rd year QB.
