...yes if we had an average offense we win however, was there any spying of that qb after he proved he couldn't throw the ball down the field but was capable of gashing us for 15 yard scrambles. Why was either skai or Brunson not mirroring every move in the second half? Did I miss that and we tried bc he killed us repeatedly with it. Inexplicable. Terrible all the way around. Oh yeah.....field goal kicking too. Lol.

Defense has done better than expected. Much was not expected this year given the lack of depth.

Offense has to help out the D. You can't play conservative ball or sit on a lead and let your already thin defense get worn down. On the road nonetheless.
 
TAMU was scoring 44 points a game before last night. Defense held them to 24....about half their average, in their stadium. ANY hint of blame this loss was on the defense is just completely uncalled for.

Not to mention the fact that the defense wouldn't have been on the field half as much in the 2nd half if the offense would have at the very least moved the chains and used some clock. A few more points would have been nice too, like the missed field goal...but we all know that's not going to change this season.
