I think part of the reason is poor shot selection. I know Tennessee plays good defense but I hate those one dribble step back 3s.We just don’t shoot the ball well enough.
Still very much in it. Just got to finish.Implode right b4 half.
Still not sure why we push it in these situations
The foul call disparity is ridic!
i think the league is even tired of Frank!
Haha. I have no idea what that means. Maybe it’s some deep zen mess.So i switchover to unc vs duke and Michael Jordan is addressing the crowd at halftime in a salute to the football team.
He said and I quote "The ceiling is the roof"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ok fine i guess

Good point, but it should be like 15-4!Tenn has 9 fouls
We have 7
Clearly in the Mayo bowl we were stomping on the roof….LOLSo i switchover to unc vs duke and Michael Jordan is addressing the crowd at halftime in a salute to the football team.

Just like that play they get away with the ticky tac reach in, we don’t!These referees suck.
That last pile up in the lane was not a foul on anyone.
Everyone was going for the ball.
I honestly thought that was a decent no callUGA just got screwed on the non called charge.
Refereeing in general sucks
One would think it should be that simple, but the majority of us have thought the same thing for the last two years. But only marginal SEC type players on the team. Same ole, same ole, in recruiting. Frank isn't getting any kids that anybody else at this level really wants. And I think Frank has had it. I think he is ready to take his buyout and retire. He knows more than anyone that this program is going nowhereI didn’t get to watch it until the last couple minutes…super disappointing to not be able to give them a fight on our home court
We have to move on from this regime man, it’s just that simple

College basketball is pretty much unwatchable (for me) due to the officiating anymore. I watch people get mugged - no call. Then 30sec later, a guy puts his hand out and touches the ball handler on the jersey and gets whistled. It’s just bad; and I’m not even talking about officiating against SC. I’m talking about any game I tune to….UGA just got screwed on the non called charge.

Did Jordan do that again? He also addressed the UNC FB crowd at a MBB game in 2017, and said that. That was when Larry Fedora was the head coach, and he led the UNC FB program to 3-9 and 2-9 seasons after that, before getting fired.
But as an Engineer, we will tell you quickly that no, the ceiling is NOT the roof - it is the interior layers of a finished roof that includes battens for electrical fixture access and air gaps, and finished ceiling tiles such as drywall. In essence, a ceiling is the architectural structures that lies BELOW the roof insulation, while the structures ABOVE the insulation - rafters, king posts, roof battens, and shingles - are the actual roofing of a house.
But perhaps that all misses the point of what Jordan was trying to say. He was referring to the FB program, and their FB stadium does not even have a ceiling or roof on it. So perhaps it was his clever way of saying "the sky is the limit".
And then UNC goes 5-18 the next two seasons. The team was obviously distracted with trying to figure out what Jordan said that day.......
Rogue.......I thinknwe have traded basically these same two thoughts on her the previous two years also. I don't know. Surprisingly, I almost feel sorry for Frank at this point. He has to know he is in way over his head, with a program headed nowhere. But I won't feel too sorry for him as he will leave Columbia as an extremely wealthy man. But this surely has to be the end. Question is who can they get to take this job to try and at least have a shot at being competitive? I can't remember his name, but who was the assistant that left who was here in the days leading to the final four trip? He seemed to have a good eye for evaluation in recruiting, and the program has gone downhill since he left. Am I right in thinking he is at Illinois? Could they get him back? Other than that, I don't see any sitting head coach worth his salt taking this job. Then you get into dipping your toe into the mid major level. That might work out, but then it could be another Darrin Horn showing upWaiting patiently for April Fool's Day.......or a couple of days thereafter.
We do. Martin had to know when he got the two-year extension for recruiting purposes that he had to produce this year....as the extension resulted in lowering his buyout for this year and his buyout for the final two years is $0. Not much of an extension. Brad Underwood was the recruiting whiz he brought from K-State and, yes, he is at Illinois and has done well the last few years. I have no clue whether he'd be interested...and not sure we'd pay as much as Illinois. I would think he'd be on any list along with Boynton who left with him to go to SFA, but I don't know what their buyout would be.....and not sure what the BOT would be willing to approve at this point. There are some board members who seem to really like Martin. Marshall may be our sure thing because of no buyout and is not currently employed.Rogue.......I thinknwe have traded basically these same two thoughts on her the previous two years also. Doesn't Boynton have a big buyout? I don't see us paying that kind of money. We will try to find a Beamer type guy. Someone with ties to SC and will come her for less than $2 million a year.We do.
