I predict Trump will win.
The Trump populist wing has taken over the Republican party from the conservative Reagan wing . I'm old enough to remember the Republican party being dominated by the "Eisenhowers" of the GOP (except for a brief period in the mid-60s) in my lifetime. Then the conservative Reaganites took over in 1980, and in essence, dominated the party for nearly 40 years. Now it's a totally different party. I'm not a political scientist. But I am a student of politics. It's interesting to me to see how/where the Republican party has evolved in my lifetime (starting when Robert Taft was a conservative force in the 1950s). If by chance I'm wrong about Trump winning in November (I won't be wrong), we will see the Trump wing and the 'Never Trumpers" going at it to get control of the GOP. That's boring to most here. But, it's interesting to me.
