Poor clempson. Another ACC Tournament basketball loss

How long does Brownell get a pass? Whenever I hear him mentioned on WCCP, they are always saying what a good coach he is. Seems like this good coach would win something sometime. At the beginning of the season they were saying this years team was a NCAA tournament team after that bubble burst they talked about going to the NIT. Heck even today they were talking about if the tiggers beat FSU they would have a shot at the NIT.

I think Brownell might be a pretty good coach but he's not much of a recruiter.

Who in the ultrauniverse cares anyway. We're talking about Taterville ..."don't take a change of underwear with ya!"....right?!

Brownell isnt on the hot seat. Oliver Purnell resigned to take the DePaul job... DePaul. Who would clemson get? A hs coach?

Close; even though USC and Clemson were both founding members of the ACC, we had 13 wins in the ACCT by the time we left in 1971. 44 years later (yes, Clemson has been in the ACC 3.39 times as long as we were), but they only have 18 wins, all-time, in the ACC Tournament and they've never won it.

We still have more victories in Chapel Hill than they do, and we haven't been back since our ACC departure.

They said today it was like their 46th opening day loss in 66 trips. Yowzers!

Hell, I have won as many basketball games as clempson has in Chapel Hill, 0-56 is the longest streak in the NCAA.
