As a Charlotte native with my cardiologist and P.C.D. both still pretty much in downtown Cola., I haven't seen either since 2019 (don't forget the 2020 stay-at-home fiasco). Just curious here, but has QT hit the Blythewood/N. Cola. area yet??

Just curious in all honesty. Word was that was/is their plan back in 2020, but it got put on hold. To the best of my knowledge, the most furthest south QT is at 77 and Hwy 9 @ the Chester exit.

Just curious if anyone knows otherwise.

Peace!!

QT is all over Kansas City, like the Circle K here. However I haven’t seen one here, but there was a Sinclair station on Dorchester Rd. in N. Charleston, but with no model brontosaurus.

There is one at 77 and 21 in Blythewood (Wilson Blvd).

Love the QT’s, besides Costco, that’s my go-to for gas. Saw them all over the Dallas area, so glad they are hitting the SE.
Now 'das what I'm talkin' 'bout!!! LOLOLOL!!!

QT's are indeed nice, quick, fairly priced and pretty darned convenient as well IMHO!

For anyone that has yet to visit one, you'll see!!

QT’s are all over Georgia and across the Upstate. They are pretty nice, along with most Love’s that are further west. But neither hold a candle to Buc-ee’s.

One is about to be built on 95 just north of Florence. They have over 100 pumps and you can spend an hour easily looking around inside.
Wow, will have to check that out when I’m in the area.

100 pumps sounds crazy, in a good way.

Buccees is by far the best gas station anywhere

Parker’s are growing in the lowcountry. A little pricey, but the restroom is clean. They have an ala carte food line, which is pretty good. But again, a bit pricey.
I know the Midwest from running long haul. Love’s and Flying V are everywhere. Sporadic Sinclair’s abound. The one in Lexington ,Nebraska was my favorite. It has a fishing pond and I always carried a cheap Zebco. The best eats I had was from a greasy spoon in Cheyenne, Wyoming. It’s a locally owned truck stop, but I can’t recall the name.

Thank you. I have seen that and was guessing it was going to be a Love’s.

We have had QT as a supplier in our terminal (North Augusta)for several months now. With terminals in Belton, Spartanburg, and Charlotte you can tell why they are in ours now and they have been increasing tank space. A lot of our trucks for many suppliers go to Columbia and points south.
On a different note it’s surprising how many drive to us, then take it to a place like Hilton Head. Apparently it’s cheaper than getting it from the coastal options in port.

You are correct. We have one with 100 pumps here in Daytona beach area. Excellent sandwiches and food in general. Brisket is wonderful and you smell it as soon as you walk in.
Enough packaged or by the pound beef jerky to fill a U-Haul.

That stretch of 95 will be nothing but South of the Border and Bucees billboards.
Yeah, I love QT. I frequently stop at the one at exit 15 on 26 when I'm going to our place in the mountains. But I'm super excited about buc-ees opening up in Florence.

Oh I know all about the QT's in the Atlanta area. In fact, the very first time I actually experienced a QT was in Decatur (and of course that's pronounced "Dek-A-Ture"!! LOL!!! Inside joke w/ an old client of mine from back in the late 90's!!)!!! Uh, nevermind that...

Seriously though, the very first QT's that I actually experienced were indeed within the Atlanta area, as-well-as back the 90's!!

Here it is almost 30 years later and they've (i.e., QT's) made their way to Charlotte/Raleigh, and now seem to be making their way down to Columbia and prolly Chucktown as-well!

I stopped a Buc-Ed’s in Georgia that had 120 gas pumps. Biggest I had ever seen.
