This is why I wanted to hear other opinions before stating mine (I certainly don't know what the 'review rules' are).
My thinking is that the "REVIEW" is ONLY for the 'INITIAL CALL' and any infractions (AND PERHAPS other issues, as well) found during the 'Review' are not appliable ... i.e. let's say they saw an off-sides or encroachment violation but, it wasn't called, so it is then, Not Part of Any Review. Now, what would have been interesting is ... what if one Ref called a Fair Catch Violation and another Ref called the Block in the Back. Would those be 'Off-Setting'??? I certainly hope not!!!
I am glad to see that others picked on this and had the same question. LOL!!! I'll be honest ... I have a serious problem with non-called pass interference and sincerely believe that it has become a ridiculous situation, in favor of the Defense. Holding, on Virtually every single pass play .... And I'm sick of hearing the Talk'n' Heads run their mouths about ... "when the left arm wraps around ... it's going to be called every time" BS .... it's NEVER called!!!
