You mean the counting of legally casted ballots. How is that fraud. And in Philly a trump supporter was stopped trying to deliver a truck full of fake ballots so who was the so called fraud trying to help. O and in nc there was a guy that used his dead mothers information to vote for trump as well

The strongest evidence in any court of law is direct evidence, which is eyewitness testimony under oath. Literally, hundreds of eyewitnesses gave sworn affidavits under threat of perjury charges if they lied. Many are willing to testify in court under oath to what they saw happen and experienced as denied observers as well as participants.
Physical evidence is the easily shown ability to change vote totals on Dominion machines and a flood of votes arriving in boxes and suitcases exactly alike and the videos of this occurrence. Circumstantial evidence is Joe Biden winning on Dominion voting machines by a consistent 78% while the average of all of several other brands of machines and software showed Biden with 48% of the vote.
Also circumstantial is Trump receiving 6 million more votes than he did in 2016 but Biden having more votes than any candidate in history including Obama both times as well as Hillary Clinton while campaigning from his basement.
Courts will eventually decide this dispute one way or another but trust in the legality of the voting process is lost at least for now. One-third of the electorate believes there is strong evidence of fraud including changing of election laws by those who had no legal authority to do so. When President Harris imposes her Socialist agenda upon Americans by executive order such as overriding the 2nd Amendment, opening borders and giving free citizenship to 11 million illegal immigrants, this country will be at great risk of again dividing.
The attempted confiscation of over 300 million personal firearms will indeed likely cause substantial deaths and maybe the spark for the next war between the states. 17 other states sided with Texas in their lawsuit that the SCOTUS is so far hiding from. This will either be settled in the courts or on the streets, but it will be settled. You cannot suddenly take away freedoms and rights people have had for over 240 years without disastrous consequences. Call this opinion, but it is also not only conjecture and prediction. There are several simple facts.

What about all those boxes of ballots that were rolled out of a van. The crazies had them dead to rights if only what they said were boxes of ballots hadn't actually been camera equipment. Man Alex Jones has a hold on this party that is just incredible.

Hundreds of snitches signed sworn affidavits under penalty of perjury. And only hundreds were involved. The Dominion votes were tabulated in Europe and sent back within the computers. And now the Dominion offices have left North America.
Most of what you allege has been debunked either in state court, federal court or otherwise. Also every major law firm that was involved backed out before the evidentiary hearings...where you have to show your cards so to speak. That should give you some hint that no evidence of the allegations existed. They were actually left with one sole practitioner in one the the Pennsylvania cases after the last major Ohio firm pulled out of the case. The whole drama was a legal comedy sketch....and would be hilarious if it didn't actually happen.
I don't like Trump as a person. He is a total jerk. But his policies were very good for the country, including minorities and the middle class. And how dare he bring our troops home from endless, pointless wars? Germany still needs our troops to occupy it?
The ruling was not a statement on whether or not there was fraud. Maybe there was and maybe there wasn't. It was a ruling on whether or not any state can petition to overturn the electoral process of another state. The court is saying that states do not have that right.
The courts have decided it. Biden won Trump lost, simple as that. So now you say its going to be settled in the streets. Any idea when this civil war is set to begin? I got some things planned & I don't want to miss dressing up like a militia man. I also need time to buy some supplies, ammo, grenades, missle launchers, etc. Just a general timeline is all I'm looking for, not trying to lock you into a strict date
You do understand that those affidavits mean absolutely nothing unless they testify to the same in court.
Nothing I alleged has been debunked or even significantly disputed. Except by CNN and others. I watched and listened to testimony in different state legislatures. Democrat judges have simply dismissed the allegations without hearings. We get the government we deserve one way or another. Then we have to live with it.

Yes, they absolutely have. Also, read the multitude of court decisions, including the Federal ones by Trump appointed judges. He has lost at every....and I mean EVERY....turn. At times he can't even get pass the evidentiary hearing which only requires minimal evidence.

However his argument reaches for things that are not necessarily there. The US constitution gives the control to the state and while the Penn constitution does define voter requirements it also indicates that these are provided through the legislature and there is nothing in the constitution that would force something assigned to the legislature to provide an amendment to the constitution.
It also completely ignores the fact that even if you strongly belief that an amendment would be required the time to argue that would have been 14 months ago when the new guidelines were established and not when you realize that more people voting hurts your chance to get elected especially after the election has already occurred.
Quite a few....in all the states mentioned in the suit, plus Arizona or Nevada whichever he lost. Reserve a long time to read them....it isn't a small number.
They used a voter list from a different election 2 years earlier to make the comparison.

Just out of curiosity but have you read any of the affidavits? You really should as many of them are very entertaining but the one thing they lack is any actual evidence. They are full of opinions, information they heard but didn’t see and allegations of things that have been disproven even by the people who collected the affidavits. A judge doesn’t need to hear someone provide their opinions verbally if he has them in writing and without actual examples saying “they claimed the catering vans had food but I’m pretty sure they were smuggled ballots” isn’t going to sway us he court.
There is a reason they are getting laughed out of court by both Republican & Democrat judges. You seem to be confused about the difference between what clowns like Rudy say on Fox & what is being said in court where you cannot simply blurt out unsubstantuated BS. Fact, they have submitted zero evidence of widespread fraud in any of the dozens of court appearance they have participated in. I hate to break it to you but Biden could do nothing with the tax laws and you’re going to get Trump’s tax increases. What the vast majority of people got under his plan was a tax deferment which ends this year. Starting next year you will get increases at a pace to make up the deferrals. The only people who got a permanent break as opposed to a deferral are individuals making over a million dollars.
People got a damn tax cut and will continue to get it until 2025. It is not a deferral and it doesn’t end this year.
