Exactly right. Players have traditionally had no power at all in this system and frankly were exploited so that the power structure of conferences, tv networks, ADs and coaches could get rich. Now that the players are getting the smallest bit of power in the system, some fans dont like it. All we hear is its ruining college football. Well, ESPN and the coaches $10 million contracts are what started all this.You're right. Until recently, the coaches have had all the power and have made all the riches over the players that helped them get there. Now, the players have a little more say in where and when they play and people are trying to denigrate them for it.
