I went into Account Manager to manage my tickets. For those not familiar with it, AM is used for transferring or selling tickets. I got this: "You have an outstanding invoice that must be paid to manage this ticket" and was blocked from any action with the ticket. Well, I have an invoice due next month - of course, because I opted into the payment plan they offered. I used the contact form and sent a message to them. I hope I will get a response and soon.
Has anyone else encountered this? Is this the policy: if a season ticket holder opts for the payment plan he can't sell tickets though the Account Manager if it is not paid in full?
