I can see why he'd be going out not too happy with those guys though. I don't think any of them produced the kind of results he was looking for.
Most believe Biden had a Pardons-for-Pay Program in cases where they couldn't cause him any harm.
If that was case, the Vindman's (below) either didn't want to pay or didn't get the memo.
Otherwise, with over 8000 pardons, one would believe they would have to think they would have been on that list.
Garland, Smith, Wray and Cohen were difficult to pardon because it not only spoke directly to the Biden Family corruption itself, but also our legal system as a whole.
It would have signaled to the world that Trump was correct and they weaponized the DOD.
As amazing as it is, there's still a good part of the country who is buried in CNN/MSNBC and believes all of Biden's pardons were to protect the innocent from the dictator Trump coming after them.
The interesting thing with be if Patel & Co. sue to challenge these pardons OR bring these people that got pardoned in for questioning and they have to truthfully.
They can no longer plea the 5th with their pardon. And if they are caught lying under other, they are cooked.

I doubt that would happen. You'd have a court telling a President they can't pardon someone. That court has never even hinted that it has such power as the constitution reserves that for the president. You'd have to have a court that ignores the plain language of the constitution on the power of pardons.
First, someone would have to have standing to make such an argument with the court and that would be very problematic and a very, very high hurdle. About the only obvious person would be someone pardoned by the President would make that argument and I doubt that would happen.
Some of you folks don't really read much and seem to make up stuff.
The Supreme Court, in 2023, ruled on a Trump brought case that Presidents are immune from prosecution for official acts and they defined official acts very, very generously. This would obviously include any pardon decisions a President makes.
There is a 0.0000000000000% chance Biden or any President would even need to pardon themselves from here on out- thanks to President Trump bringing such a case and getting a favorable ruling from a Republican court.
They can certainly grift. They aren't immune from doing it. No one is.
Might not include treason and Biden committed treason. Though I'm not sure they would want that precedent/stain on our legal system. However, Kash Patel is a badass and very well could press it. Who knows.

Hunter was a criminal. The gun prosecution was probably something that most people are never prosecuted for in terms of jail time- or at all- but he was a criminal for sure.
The gun charge itself is under legal threat. A federal appeals court ruled in June 2024 that the federal government cannot ban those convicted of nonviolent crimes (even felonies) from possessing a weapon, and a conservative federal court in Texas recently ruled — that the ban on drug users possessing weapons violates the Second Amendment.
So, at least one conservative court has said drug users can possess weapons.
The felony tax charges are crimes- no doubt about it. ( Now, Trump, in his first term, had a habit of pardoning tax cheats and those that commit financial crimes- including his son in law's dad who Trump has now appointed to a position).
So Trump's consistency is non-existent. But, Hunter is a felon.
Violent rioters who committed violence on January 6th were not political prisoners. That's a lie.
Something like 30% of them were sentenced and their trials overseen by Republican appointed judges including a number of Trump appointees.
