It was the same leg he had injured in January where they expected him to be out but didn’t think he needed surgery as they hoped rest would help the injury. It looks like when he tried to plant that the knee just wouldn’t support him.

Did a two foot jump stop and knee went out immediately. He's young, only 22 years old, and should be fine but he will miss most of next season. The Magic won't advance further than the First Round of the playoffs anyway.
