--He's disappointed and said it's tough when you give up 14 points with the defense not even on the field. Team came out well in the second half after a dismal first half. Said the field position was horrible and they couldn't do anything in the run game.

"We couldn't get off the goal line and couldn't flip the field."

--Defensively in the second half they had two critical third downs and on't get off the field to let the keep the drive alive. Then they give up the pick.

"It's hard to win on the road when you ain't on the field two times and your offense gives up 14 points."

--Said they got "whipped up front." Defensively they have to be better on third down. Missouri wore them down defensively.

--Hilinski had some soreness in his elbow and they didn't throw him in practice Wednesday. Muschamp said he "would not have played if he was hurt." Said they'll continue to evaluate the quarterback spot moving forward. Did mention Dakereon Joyner doing some nice things late.

--Said on the Hilinski fumble for Missouri's first score they ruled he caught the ball and threw it backwards so they ruled it a fumble. Said it was the first time anything like that has happened to him.

--Missouri pressured them a lot and it caused problems in the run game. Said they didn't help Hilinski out enough getting more out of the run game.

--He said improved defensively but it won't show since they played a lot of snaps.

--Asked about safety play and said it's too early to tell how they did. Said he'll watch the film and evaluate.
