For a minute I thought we had a chance. I hate moral victories but I think we did see some glimpses of potential. But, I've been a Gamecock fan for over 40 years and this is exactly how we do things.
Good game, really. If not the pick six, maybe we win. Definitely closer than I thought, and our offense did exceed my expectations. I saw some good stuff tonight and some bad. Hopefully we improve as the year goes on or it will be ugly.
Remember Clemmsoning...what do we call this? Muschamping?!
It solidifies that we have fallen behind Tennessee again. So basically it's us, Vandy and Missou.

Tough loss, but don't hang it on #9.....questionable play calling. We were killing them running right and went away from that. Why?
I saw a much improved offense. No moral victories here but I see progress on that side of the ball. Hill is our starter. Our front 4 on defense are undersized but there is talent. I see a .500 or better team overall.
He had a horrible game, and his carelessness on the punt sealed the game for UT. But, calling a college kid a useless POS? That statement says much more about you than it does him. Nobody feels worse about his performance than he does. You should be proud of yourself.
If you are dead set on winning in regulation, you need a TD anyway so why not give yourself 2 shots at it and then go for two?
FG means nothing without a TD.

Per my son in law (an actual college football coach) Just go Punt Safe and get the *&^% out of the way like normal people
Because 4th and 10 from the 25 isn’t a guaranteed TD.

Honestly I hope so. I can’t continue to watch Muschamp coached teams. Just a lack of fundamentals and discipline all over the place.

This is all on Muschamp, should have been no one but return guy back there. Why do these stupid mistakes keep happening in year five?
I’m out working fire claims in Oregon. Haven’t been home but a week out of the last 6-8. Miss my wife and girls. And one of my closest friends is on a ventilator thanks to Covid and the family has been told barring a miracle, he is dying. Disappointed in the outcome but at the end of the day, it’s a game. Lots more important things happening for me right now.
