How about CBDCs, Stock?

How about 81,000 IRS Agents they tried to push through?

These people are not your friends.
Great point Ward. 87,000 IRS agents will be coming after everyone who files a tax return …. but not those illegals who work for daily cash and will never pay any income tax.

I would rather see a combination of 87,000 new Border Patrol agents and Federal Marshals.

FSU - 12 million NIL budget

You and a couple of others have been talking about NIL for awhile. And you are and have been right about our disadvantage. I just do not see that ever changing. So. I have adjusted my aim for our football program. No nc or even SEC championship. I just want Shane to make us a mid-tier SEC program. Competing with Vandy for "catfish" status is unacceptable.
Then we have nothing to lose by ditching Beamer, as long as we don't give a big extension to the next coach for winning 2 games we were picked to lose.

OT: 11 Bitcoin ETFs Approved by SEC.

Guys like Cuban have entire accounting departments that ensure he and his companies legally avoid excessive taxation. He knows he’ll never have to pay higher taxes. He’ll simply take advantage of tax credit investments that are actually carve-outs for the wealthy. The true costs of taxation are carried by the little guy that Cuban passes them along to.

For those who can handle the truth…

Your government has:

✅Poisoned you
✅Implemented immigration measures to replace you
✅Created censorship mechanisms to silence and cancel you
✅Stolen from you through grift
✅Debased your wages through inflation
✅Started profiteering forever wars on your behalf
✅Propagandized your loved ones against common sense

If you think the above is super groovy then vote the “Joy” ticket and carry on with the establishment!

We are at the event horizon.

Good stuff!

An individual with one of the worst cases of TDS imaginable is preaching about taking in the full picture. I've followed policy proposals closely on both sides. Have you? I've asked you a couple of times to tell us what you like about Harris policy and you've said you would have to get back to me.
He might be one of those people who don’t care about policy — only that it’s time for a woman to be president. You know, the same reason most women will vote for Harris. Or he may be Black , of which 90 percent will automatically vote for a Dem.

Well, how I wish someone could drop me some money so that my net worth would go over $100 million. I won't hold my breath. And you can say that they will drop that well below $100 million. Well, people said Biden would tax people below his campaign pledge to not tax people below an annual income of $400,000. That never happened. Here is a little known situation. That Harris proposal is not new. Biden tried to make that happen. But, he could not get that through Congress when his own party controlled both the House and Senate. It's a silly proposal that's not going ANYWHERE.
I agree it’s not likely to become law but I don’t put it past Dems pushing it this time if they capture the house, senate, and presidency.

For what it’s worth, Fiscal tax policy may state a threshold for taxation but we must remember that high earning people and corporations will always find ways to legally pass taxes to low income earners. It’s as old as our nation’s existence — for every new tax enacted Congress will also enact ways for themselves to avoid those same taxes they force on others.

So what year did you graduate from Carolina?
Indeed 1974. Lived in the Honeycombs my freshman year but got married my sophomore year and lived in Married Student Apartments behind the Russell House. Still married to my beautiful bride who was a Nursing school student at the time. We both graduated the same day. 🙂

Events like this are not unusual in college. If you guys went to Carolina you would know that. I remember freshman getting really drunk for the first time and doing incredibly stupid things. A grad assistant at Maxcy bringing ethanol from the lab and brewing up PJ. Guys on our hall should have been taken to the ER but instead spent the night puking and crawling on the floor trying to stand up. The deputy dog campus police are prone to over react these days due to all the student unrest and recent frat deaths. The only reason this event made headlines was because it involved one of the most celebrated players on a national championship team.

You would be wrong...again. And if you would like to put a friendly on that, I'll be more than happy to oblige.

I'm literally posting what the warrant read.

That's typically the most accurate account of how things went down.

The victim also pulled a fire alarm and got the police involved.

That typically comes with consequence even if the "victim" turns out to be not telling the full story.
So what year did you graduate from Carolina?

I was there Saturday- Observations

Some ideas for this:
+ Heat intolerance at your age very well could be due to low B vitamin and methylation status. In particular, thiamine (B1) is a root cause.
+ Low Vitamin D is another driver.
+ Hyperthyroid would be the other angle. However, I doubt you had that issue at 33.

Potential Fixes:
+ Eat Grassfed Liver - Either 1oz a day or 4oz twice a week. (US Wellness Meats)
+ Take Methyl- B vitamins (Amazon) (if you can't eat liver and/or on days you don't)
+ Take extra B1 from a high quality supplement like Thiamax
+ Take 5000-10000IUs of a vitamin d3/k2 liquid. (Thorne is good)
+ Check Thyroid status with the old fashion way (Thermometer under arm) after a month if you decide to try this
https://dannyroddy.substack.com/p/demystifying-thyroid-supplementation

All of these recommendations should help energy with many more thing beyond heat intolerance as well.

FSU - 12 million NIL budget

Garnet Trust is tied in with chartable funds directly.

It's a BILLON Dollars at the base so it doesn't matter if they pick off interest for that year or not.

In 2022, the S&P dropped 19.4 and the Dow 8.8 so they were doing better than the market average.

You need to look at them from 5 or 10-year perspectives - not year by year.
The Garnet Trust is completely separate from the Endowment Fund. It has separate governing documents and is registered with the IRS as a Private Foundation. It can't just give money away as it pleases. It has to meet the IRS requirements or they will lose tax exempt status.

I don't think you understood my point with respect to earnings. You stated it would take a fraction of the earnings, whatever that is. The implication was it wouldn't take much of the earnings to fund the figures thrown out in this thread of up to $20 million. That just isn't true. Even if they made 5% every year it would take nearly half of that to fund at that level. When you said "a fraction" I don't think you meant 1/2.

Just an incredibly important game tomorrow....

On paper KY should cover easily. However, I have a feeling Beamer will overperform and only lose by 7. Then spend the next week talking about how we almost won.
I gotta ask .... what TRICK PLAY will Beamer attempt this week? Fake Punt? On-side KO? Fake FG attempt? He does, at least one, every game... Double reverse on a kick off??? My bet is he attempts a minimum of two trick plays and I'm saying 3 THIS WEEK!!!

You realize that under Harris you would be required to pay income tax on unrealized capital gains, right? For instance, let’s say you purchased $50,000 worth of Bitcoin a year ago. Today its market value is $100,000. Under Harris you would be required to pay capital gains tax on the unrealized $50,000 value. What’s the incentive for an investor to purchase long-term assets?
Well, how I wish someone could drop me some money so that my net worth would go over $100 million. I won't hold my breath. And you can say that they will drop that well below $100 million. To state the obvious.
Man I am nervous. Lose to KY and we can kiss a winning record this year goodbye. Get beat up and look bad, you can kiss the fan base goodbye. Apathy will set in. Those of us who don't think Beamer can coach will have a lot of people joining us.
Feels like a pivotal game. We have to win this one!
We won’t— we don’t have any offensive horsepower.

Just an incredibly important game tomorrow....

I enjoy betting on college football. Years ago, I stopped wagering on both Carolina or Klemsin games. I could see us beating KY 13-12 in O.T. or losing 49-13. I sincerely believe the final score will be between those two parameters. ... LOL!!!

On paper KY should cover easily. However, I have a feeling Beamer will overperform and only lose by 7. Then we will have to listen to @GoCocksFight2021 and @Ward Jr spend the next week talking about how we almost won.
