Dawn being Dawn at ESPYs

Nope

I just don't consider the federal government paying billions to make IVF procedures free to be a good idea, or a position a conservative promotes.

You obviously do think it's a good idea for the government to be involved and to pay for it. Seems antithetical to "conservative" ideals though on every level.

But I doubt anyone expects you to be remotely consistent.
You are the definition of “inconsistent”! Mr. I like EV’s, I have a boat with two engines that swallows fuel! I want to be ****ed by the government! You are the same people who followed Hitler and shouted JUDEN at neighbors to the Gestapo.

I think that parts of Ukraine such as the Donbas already wanted to be with Russia.

surveys have been conducted in that area for a number of years by different groups (including Russian) with the most generous surveys toward Russia- showing about 20-25% would choose to be part of Russia.

The problem with surveys is that those who are surveyed in Russian controlled areas of Donbas often repeat, word for word in some cases, Russian propaganda statements. Others have admitted that they fear for their families if they were to criticize Russia, since being critical is a crime in Russia. Now, that doesn't mean that some might prefer to be in Russia, especially if they have family there.

The first link here discusses that issue in great detail by 3 researchers.

Everyone is a bit inconsistent. But I see a larger role for the federal government than most any conservative

and even I don't want the federal government paying billions for IVF treatments. That's not even logical.

and no real conservative would ever dream of such a role for the federal government (or even state government). Talk about being inconsistent... Wow

"Republican lawmakers have historically opposed federal funding to cover health care, including by repeatedly attempting to undo the Obama-era Affordable Care Act, and may be unlikely to support similar plans, including for IVF."

Republican Rep. Michelle Steel of California faced criticism for supporting a GOP bill aiming to grant constitutional protection to embryos at “the moment of fertilization” after she publicly shared her own experience with IVF. Steel rescinded her co-sponsorship of the measure in March, two days after winning her primary, declaring she does not support federal restrictions on IVF.

In a statement to the AP, she said Congress “must pass policies to support and expand access to IVF treatments.”

Such flip-flopping from Republicans only provides fodder

Your party is the definition of FODDER! Mr. Free Abortions

Ahh, you are just lying again. But of course, you are a liar.

I am not aware of these "free abortions." Sounds interesting.

The Republican politicians that have paid for abortions for their mistresses, probably are interested in these free abortions. Especially since federal law prohibits such a thing.

You are a hypocrite, like they are.

Shut up! It’s Gameday, I’m not gonna argue with your old, geriatric ass today! Go sit on your dock and hope it collapses and you catch herpes from a nail.

I think that parts of Ukraine such as the Donbas already wanted to be with Russia. Now, you have the Neo’s that love WAR AND PROFIT ON IT, want cUcKraine free! When it’s own ****ing people want to be with Russia, ALREADY!
Boeing! Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Pelosi, Biden, Schumer, Obama, Ritu Knanna “376k in defense stocks”, Roy Blunt 100k, Susan Collins, Dianne Feinstein “Mrs. Guns are bad”, MITT ROMNEY!

**** off WAR MONGERERS!
I’ve made a small fortune off of RTX stock this past year. I don’t doubt most members of Congress have as well.

I must say, after watching that insight into the minds of two lying, demented despots last night, I am much more optimistic about the elections. While ingrained deploracrat bigotry and an intellectually uncurious electorate are still big obstacles, people did notice the lies and aversion to questions demonstrated by the two terrorists.
Most women don’t care — all they want is to see is a woman as President and her husband as first Cuck.

Unfortunately Dawn is a big media puppet. If you are in an Aflac commercial, you are controlled. She was told not to include Caitlin Vlark on the Olympic team. All of the hate steered toward Caitlin in the WNBA is orchestrated. Sad

Gavin's CA dystopia is the gift that keeps on giving.

For anyone who hasn't visited/lived in the SF area, Union Square was always one of the safest.

It's basically like the 5th Ave area of NYC with prime shopping, etc.

Now they have boarded up storefronts everywhere and NFL players being shot in the middle of the day.

It was also reported this week that California has lost billions just this year in tax revenue from people fleeing.

What a multi-year disaster to what was otherwise a beautiful state.

When you speak the truth, cannot disagree. (Is that my "good cop" coming through now? :D ).

Yep. I am a member of the Marine’s Memorial Museum and Hotel at Union Square. I often traveled and stayed at the hotel because it’s a beautiful facility and was a perfect location for my needs. Unfortunately I haven’t used the hotel for three years because of the crime around Union square. Although I still am a member and pay my annual Dues, I will not visit again until crime and drugs are eliminated— which in reality means never again. San Francisco is a hopeless city. The city has killed its golden goose.

Yep - It's proximity to Berkeley has done that once beautiful city no favors.

Liberal hippies were once what the city was defined by.

Corporate progressives took control via lobbyist funding through the Silicon Valley boom.

The Cabal.

------

NEW: Economist Eric Weinstein says he doesn't know if Trump "will be allowed" to become president, says the goal of the World Order is to have two candidates who are both acceptable to them.

"Democracy was the illusion of choice..."

"You had two candidates that were both acceptable to the international order... We called that democracy. And so democracy was the illusion of choice. That's called magician's choice."

"Magician's choice in the primaries, and then you'd have the duopoly field, two candidates, either of which was acceptable, and you could actually afford to hold an election and the populace would vote."

"Donald Trump broke through the primary structure."

"They learned their lesson. You cannot afford to have candidates who are not acceptable to the international order."

I wouldn't worry about the 2024 election being rigged unless you see any of these things happen:

Voting machines instead of paper ballots
No ID required
Mail-in voting
RFK Jr. on ballot against his will
Impossible to audit elections, by design
Control of the media
J6 prosecutions to chill dissent
Demonize Trump as Hitler

But if anything on that list ever happens, I'd be very worried.

Kind of like her cooking collards in her bathtub……..Pandering 101
I’ve grown collards most of my life in my garden —they are a wonderful Fall vegetable. I’ve had so many leaves at times that I’ve washed them in the bathtub, but I’ve never cooked them in a bathtub. How would a person do that?

I’ve grown collards since I was 10; I’m 35 now. I have never in my life “cleaned” collards in a BATHTUB.
