That same QB put up 260 yards passing against the Gators. UK also had over 400 yards total offense. There is still hope for us if we continue to improve and use a balanced offense. We have to continue to use more called runs and fewer RPO's.

Yep. He was supposedly crying it hurt so bad. I'm glad we won but I'm not sure what we can take from it considering their QB play.

This win feels like a half full/ half empty situation. It was nice to win and felt good to get the monkey off our back, but hard to gauge what or how this game affects this team now going into the meat of the schedule.

During the five game sweep, Kentucky didn't need good QB play to beat us. They simply ran the ball at will. Even when we knew it was coming, we couldn't stop it. Outside of the late 4th quarter, we did a great job stopping the run, and it was us that ran the ball at will. No one is mistaking Kentucky for Georgia, but this win was something to celebrate, if only for a short time.
