This year is much different than last. The bubble is very weak. No way we need to win out to get in. The last place team in the acc at 4-10 14-12 was last 4 out coming into the night. Win 2 of 3 and we are easily in. 1 win at any point, regular season or SEC tourney and we would still get in. Beating michigan, syracuse, Monmouth, and not losing 3 to Georgia makes this year much different than last. Plus Florida win and several SEC road wins.
we are still a 9 or 10 seed right now. 2 more wins and locked up. problem is other teams are hitting everything. 2 wont be easy.
We win the two home games and Ole Miss or first tournament team, we are easily in. Let's win over Tenn Saturday and get some confidence and go from there.
It only seems like they're shooting lights out because we're one of the worst shooting teams in basketball. UF shot 49 percent.
I don't believe many of you realize how the committee frowns on teams struggling down the stretch. If this team gets to 10 losses in this Conference their out plain and simple. Right now we'd be a 9-11 seed. Don't overvalue early season wins because they will have been forgotten about with this kind of losing streak.
True, but people should not panic 10 losses gets them in ..they actually probably get in at 11 losses.
Their out of conference schedule and beating Syracuse and Mich will go along way with committee and there isn't that many other teams with impressive wins that have 20 plus wins
