Muschamp is doing a very good jobThe speed on defense is light years ahead of where it was when he took over.
Yeah, I mean Smart is really struggling in year 3.You have to give a coach time.
yeah, they definitely inherited the same situationYeah, I mean Smart is really struggling in year 3.

I was a little bit surprised that the "D" gave up 41 pts........but I guess 100 degree heat, coupledThe speed on defense is light years ahead of where it was when he took over.
So what was muschamps problem at Florida. Wasn't recruits. Ill waitEven a monkey could recruit at UGA but Kirby has done a good job of getting them to play more physical than the Richt teams. Also he has been able to recruit high level 5 star quarterbacks who look even better behind massive offensive line and great running backs. Put Muschamp at UGA and Kirby at USC and I think the result would have been pretty much the same. If you can't win big at UGA then you can't win anywhere.
As the years go by that's becoming less and less of a crutch, you know. People aren't buying that anymore. We aren't asking to win every game but we are demanding to see improvement in big games in year 3 with veteran players. That's not asking a lot.yeah, they definitely inherited the same situation

Which position is the chicken crap? The QB? If so then sit him and let the senior backup play. What could it have possibly hurt yesterday? These people think you can take chicken shit and make chicken salad. No pun intended.

Wow......I didn't know that, thanks!
The biggest problem with your assessment here is tackling. When they count how many missed tackles we had it's going to be pretty sad. Tackling is something you coach, and the players we have are talented enough to not get run over repeatedly like they did Saturday,Even a monkey could recruit at UGA but Kirby has done a good job of getting them to play more physical than the Richt teams. Did you really ask that question? Are you dense? That has been discussed here and everywhere ad nauseum. So what was muschamps problem at Florida. Wasn't recruits. Ill wait
We try to strip the ball too much. Would love for Lawing to come back and for Thompson to move to LB coach where he has spent most of his career. Lawing taught tackling as well as anyone. The biggest problem with your assessment here is tackling. When they count how many missed tackles we had it's going to be pretty sad. That’s the difference in 4stars and 3stars they are better playersTackling was a glaring weakness yesterday. We are outsized at every position across both lines, but even where we look the same (size wise) it seemed like GA’s players were simply stronger. How can that be?
Remember, 10 of those points were indeed gifts. I know that Ga made their own breaks, also by being tough.I was a little bit surprised that the "D" gave up 41 pts........but I guess 100 degree heat, coupled
with being on the field as long as they were will do that to a pretty good defense. The offense
can share some of the blame for that!
I know I'm the minority voice. I want to see the freshman a little bit because he can hurt people with his feet. Plus, we can give him a good audition without burning up his redshirt possibilities. We could have done it last week, as well as in the fourth quarter yesterday.Which position is the chicken crap? The QB? If so then sit him and let the senior backup play. I'm surprised they haven't taken more advantage of that rule either.I know I'm the minority voice. I want to see the freshman a little bit because he can hurt people with his feet. Are you suggesting that the Ga. Assistants are better? The amount of money should have NoSmart has recruiting advantages that Muschamp doesn't have at SC. Also, his assistants are paid somewhat more as well (Tucker 1.5 vs Robinson 1.2, Chaney 950K vs McClendon 650K, etc).
All I need is one guess. It was muschamp. Can recruit but can't coachDid you really ask that question? Are you dense? That has been discussed here and everywhere ad nauseum.
It wasn't defense for sure or special teams. I'll give you three guesses as to what it was.
Jury is out on the recruiting part. We’re still about middle of the pack in the SEC.All I need is one guess. It was muschamp. Can recruit but can't coach

Spurrier walked into what Muschamp walked into at Florida. A team filled with players that caused trouble. Spurrier kicked most off, kept Corey Boyd because Boyd approached Spurrier and begged to do whatever it took to play and be re-instated to the team.Steve Spurrier was considered one of the best cfb coaches in the country when he took over a struggling USC football program. It took him 6 years to get things going.
The program Muschamp took over 2 years and 2 games ago, was also struggling similar to what sos stepped into, and nothing like what Kirbi inherited. Give the man time. Actually you could argue Spurrier took over a program that was in better shape than what Muschamp took over
