Blue Ridge 4-6 or 5-5 and get stomped by BHP in the playoffs.Who is your school and how are they going to look this season? Any players on the team that have a chance to play college football? Any sleepers?
No NC schools on their schedule again?Lancaster Bruins. I'm hoping for six or seven regular season wins, and maybe a win in the first round of the playoffs. Anything more than that would be gravy.
NMB High School - Zane Smith Punter / Kicker - Has beaten out really good kickers in camps this summer and hes only a SophomoreWho is your school and how are they going to look this season? Any players on the team that have a chance to play college football? Any sleepers?
Abbeville...3 state Championships in a row & hoping for another ! .Always got some guys heading off to play college but usually the smaller schoolsWho is your school and how are they going to look this season? Any players on the team that have a chance to play college football? Any sleepers?
Would think they'd schedule 1-2 NC schools each season and get more "publicity" as a result.I don't know of any.
Smaller schools probably are more flexible in letting the student play multiple sports.Abbeville...3 state Championships in a row & hoping for another ! .Always got some guys heading off to play college but usually the smaller schools
We ain't South Pointe.Would think they'd schedule 1-2 NC schools each season and get more "publicity" as a result.
Hang on now Kingy, back in your day, they were official known as The Blue Hurricanes!!Lancaster Bruins. I'm hoping for six or seven regular season wins, and maybe a win in the first round of the playoffs. Anything more than that would be gravy.
My wife went to school there. They were the Blue Hurricanes then. I graduated from Southside in Florence, since replaced by South Florence - more Bruins.Hang on now Kingy, back in your day, they were official known as The Blue Hurricanes!!
Das' right!! I forgot you're a Florence native! Nothin' wrong with that of course. Heck, I like Florence!!My wife went to school there. They were the Blue Hurricanes then. I graduated from Southside in Florence, since replaced by South Florence - more Bruins.
Actually, and I wish it hadn't been this way, I was a vagabond who happened to finish school in Florence. My other high school years were spent in Georgetown, at the now defunct Winyah High School - the Gators, who were always good back then but never great.Das' right!! I forgot you're a Florence native! My mother in law graduated from Winyah, what year did you finish?Actually, and I wish it hadn't been this way, I was a vagabond who happened to finish school in Florence. I finished in 1968, but it was at Southside-Florence, not Winyah-Georgetown. The 66/67 school year was my final year at Winyah. My mother in law graduated from Winyah, what year did you finish?
....If you are close enough and haven’t yet we definitely need to check out Allen or AllanPickens blue flame. Two wins tops, but I doubt that even happens. Im on a project in Dallas until the end of the year...looking forward to seeing Texas high school football. Some of the stadiums here are unreal.
Lower Richland will always mean Mooney Player to me. He was a great high school coach, too.Lower Richland Diamonds Finally has a good coach . Last year was the first we made the playoffs since 1991 Rodney Barr is a good coach at LR . I just hope LR can keep him for a while
I drove by Allen's stadium a few weeks ago...seats 18,000, and is not the largest in the state. The McKinney ISD stadium opens this year, 72 million dollars. One of the most impressive stadiums I have ever seen.....If you are close enough and haven’t yet we definitely need to check out Allen or Allan
....Is the Mckinney stadium for 1 school or shared? I was just in area and missed the opportunity to check it out.I drove by Allen's stadium a few weeks ago...seats 18,000, and is not the largest in the state. South Pointe, I am guessing they go undefeated.Who is your school and how are they going to look this season? Any players on the team that have a chance to play college football? Any sleepers?
Going out on a limb... LOLSouth Pointe, I am guessing they go undefeated.
I never though I would see Summerville other than at the top.Summerville Greenwave. I think they are heading in the right direction but the previous 3 years before last season were rough.
