Most know by now, but if you don't, Jaylin Simpson committed to Auburn earlier today. He was set to commit around 10am... He ended up not committing until a little after noon.
South Carolina had coaches on his campus this morning for 2-3 hours... B-Mac and T-Rob were there... The Gamecocks had made a move here before Simpson visited Auburn for the first time in March. That visit changed everything.
Do not expect South Carolina to give up here. At this time I do feel Simpson is pretty strong to AU, but like many kids today, he could take visits despite being committed.
Of course Jashawn Sheffield, Simpson's teammate now has a lot of eyes on him... Will he follow Simpson to AU? They seem to have the momentum, but Tennessee and South Carolina are both working hard to get Sheffield on campus at least one more time before he makes his decision.
