I'm on record as being less than confident with RT as our AD. With that said, he's no dummy. He knows that if anyone on the current staff is kept as the HC, the fans will be very upset. That's never good for a program, a coach or an Athletics Director. I'm convinced that the new HC will be from the outside. However, I believe Elliott will kept on staff.
