In terms of grabbing names from social media and Twitter, welcome to 2021. You develop a solid list of names and then vet based on your unique needs and their qualifications/availability.

It's not rocket science. The idea that you need to shell out 200K+ to a 3rd party head hunt specialist is nonsense. You only do that if you feel like you need low level insurance if things go South. "We hired the best recruiting firm....blah, blah, blah." Otherwise, all you are doing is providing them your information/specification to do the same exact thing. You do the work and they get paid. Antiquated model.
