So the guy took three free throws but his foot was on the line. What happens? Can they review that and subtract a point after the free throws?

They can review fouls well after the fact when they feel like it. Don't know how they missed Silva getting slapped in the face while dunking, big swing there. Should have been a ft and the ball, but it was 2 pts for them the other way. They get those calls correct we win. That and the three fts with the foot on the line was a border line foul. The offensive player initiated contact which means the foul can't be on the defender per the rule.
