Definately money. Money is why college football is so big today, why the SEC has such a huge TV deal with ESPN, why Clemson pays so much for football success compared to other NCAA sports on their campus, why Dabo is paid $10 Million / year, why Clemson spent $85K on a weekend recruiting event, and why we have a $50 Million Football Operations facility and a huge buyout for a football head coach. Money makes it all happen but it has to be used wisely and correctly to win at the highest levels. It is the biggest catalyst for success in college football especially since the league controlling the sport does not limit how good a team can become like the NFL by controlling draft selections and schedules.
