It’s total body of work, not just the 13th game. Doing what you advocate would render the regular season meaningless. A regular season which includes Wisconsin’s 31 point loss to Ohio State plus a bad loss to the fighting Lovies at Illinois.

I think the total body of work argument works in Wisconsin's favor. Their overall season with two losses would be better than OU's with one loss.
