Boy was I wrong. Kentucky had a better game plan and did a masterful job of taking the crowd out of the game after the first 5 mins. It was as if all the air we had in our tank was gone after two plays and we fell flat from then on. It was a great job by the Kentucky staff and the crow I had last night tasted like chicken. Watching on TV at the failed rocket boosters blast during the entrance of the team we should have known that was an omen. The $300,000 DJ experiment flopped from what I could tell they only look cool if your team is winning outside of that it's just noise. The entire experience of the fire and the DJ make it look like a Jay Z concert instead of a college football game. When I saw the Kentucky players dancing to our DJ it didn't give me that warm and fuzzy feeling. We get it that it's about recruits but how about the older geezers who pay to watch the game? Man I miss the old days when the game was about the game. It all appeared to more of a distraction we're there to try to win not dance and it didn't impress any recruits I'm sure. Anyway, we underestimated Kentucky last night and they crashed out "party" by out playing us and out coaching us. Ain't it curious how well we played on the road before coming home to the side show? Great job Kentucky.
