WRs regularly contribute as freshman in the SEC. We could've used Williams, maybe this year, make no mistake. In the flip side, we couldn't do anymore other than not having a painfully long losing streak to that cow pasture.

Actually, that receiver can catch and did just about every pass that was thrown to him and within his wingspan. He just wasn’t used a lot for whatever reason.

He didn't have many drops, didn't have a great time getting separation from coverage but you don't need to bash the kid, he made a couple plays for us this year.

Actually, that receiver can catch and did just about every pass that was thrown to him and within his wingspan. He just wasn’t used a lot for whatever reason.

He struggled getting separation when you watch him specifically, he hasn't had to route run to the level he needs in the SEC, and the reason you don't see a lot of 6'7"receivers in the first place is because they usually don't have great hips for changing direction. We have him another year and he improved as the year went on, he can still make an impact for us.
