Is Turner staying on defense?

My buddy at work said he heard on the radio this morning that Turner is staying on defense due to depth purposes and returning kickoffs. This makes sense but wasn't sure if it was official.

If he wants to get on the field. He won't see much time at RB. With the arrival of Feaster, we already had one RB read the writing on the wall and transfer out for playing time. Turner would be wise to go where the coaches think he can contribute.

Heard on 107.5 today that he was the current starter at one of the return positions. Not sure which one though.
