That was, without a doubt, one of the best (if not the best) football rivalry in the state. When I was growing up and having Thanksgiving dinner with my grandparents, we always went to the game when it was played in Newberry and got Zesto's ice cream afterward. Good memories. Took my daughters to see one of the games before they quit playing.

I grew up right behind the zesto and have many ice cream and hot dogs there. The P.C. game was always the highlight of the season when they played for the Bronze Derby
