isn't going as well as I had hoped to hear. Too many injuries; players not able to practice due to academics; weight issues;, etc. I'm concerned with the first game out of the gate. It will set the tone for the year in my mind.

Agreed. Our players will put on a yellow jersey and miss practice over a mosquito bite. The toughness and leadership from this team is already showing. We dont have any WAR DADDIES as Ellis Johnson would say

We're having spring practice with some of the very ones we are counting on not even able to practice. Puzzling the number of hurts.

It's a little concerning that a few of the ones who have been hurt their entire careers are being relied upon to all of a sudden not get hurt and contribute. Injuries can't be predicted, but in some players, they shouldn't be discounted because they are more likely than not going to end up hurt again. Our Oline is scary thin right now.
