If you complain about ballgames being long, then you aren't a fan of baseball. Since when is more time at the ballpark considered a bad thing? Are we sure Manfred isn't simply Selig in disguise?
Anyone remember Rollie Fingers faking out Johnny Bench and throwing a strike while "intentionally" walking him? That kind of thing would be gone. And I've seen wild pitches during intentional walks.
Want to save 14 seconds? Bring back the classic bullpen carts.

This sucks. I've seen a lot of things go wrong with teams intentionally walking a batter. The defense should have to execute it.
And no sport should change it's rules to accommodate a media time frame...which usually means they're having a tough time getting enough commercials in to profit a few million dollars. They already disrupt the flow of a lot of sports.
If they can't allot more times to cover sports events and still make their profit maybe they should stop bidding on sports events and stick to showing reruns of Friends or The View or whatever!
