One person on here said the buy out in the contract was 800k and that it was structured as pay while you coach @ 4 million a year. Don't know if they were right or not.

His contract is for the full 4 mil+ if he leaves under any circumstance. And for the full length if they fire him. He has a commitment from a 5 star QG and tight end who are a package. If Richt leaves the QB has said he will go elsewhere.
