He made 47 consecutive starts for the Steve Spurrier led Gamecocks. As a redshirt senior in 2015, Shell started at left tackle for every game. In 2014 and 2013, Shell played every game at right tackle. In 2012 as a redshirt freshman, Shell started at left tackle before transitioning to right side. For the 2012 season he started 10 out of 13 games and earned Freshman All-SEC honors and was named first-team Freshman All-American by FoxSportsNext.com.

Getting ready to hear from some offensive players after the Gamecocks held their 10th practice of fall camp this morning.

We knew these matchups were happening, now we know dates for two of the premiere home games for the 23-24 season. Maryland comes to Columbia on Sunday Nov 12 (day after the Vanderbilt FB game) and UConn will visit on Sunday Feb 11 (Super Bowl Sunday). This game will draw a huge rating with virtually no competition the day of the Super Bowl. The Gamecocks also play at Duke on December 3

Lost to a team from a country with a smaller population than the state of Georgia. The era of dominance is officially over. Perhaps more focus on playing the game and less on outside bs next time. At the end of the day its all about winning.
