Lol, how many 10-11 win seasons did they have? They did a pretty good job proving they weren't ready for the SEC. They were both at schoools where it isn't hard to recruit and at least have successful seasons.
But hey, I have to say they could probably improve those 2 ACC schools records over the last few years.

Wouldn’t this apply to any 10-11 win type coach, regardless to conference affiliation? Like if Gary Patterson went to the PAC-12 or SEC, he would likely have success because he is a good coach.

Ritch is a good coach who has never won the big one. He was a good coordinator at FSU. Was good at Georgia. And now is good at Miami. His being a good coach has nothing to do with what conference he used to coach in.
