I don't think he played well either, but now you're just piling on
He played well enough to win the game if our receivers catch the ball.
Jake was the only bright spot on the offense yesterday. If our receivers catch the passes we win that game yesterday. 5 drops including 2 big plays that would have put us in the redzone and at least one that would have gone for a 1st down. I can't get mad at Jake after that game. He played with a lot of heart, more than he has shown at any other time since he's been here. After the interception in the redzone he could have easily hung his head but instead he re-focused and came back to play much better and he did it on a bum ankle.
Jake wasn’t perfect but he did enough and more for us to win. He battled. This game isn’t on him and I’m not the biggest JB fan.
Missouri doesn't have the defense that Texas A&M has and nowhere near the talent that A&M has.
Perry Orth looked good against Texas A and M the two times he played them. Tell me how much better they are on defense now.
