Hell no. Texas would want to come in here and run things like they do the big 12.

I thought Kevin Harris was one of the best backs in the country last year, I don't understand why he keeps getting placed second team or worse? I think it goes beyond "because it's South Carolina and they're not expected to do much this year." Curious what people's thoughts are as to why?

As we said, the new banner will feature messaging similar to the other banners and signs that have been put up since Beamer arrived (and no player or coach).

Aunt has pneumonia and in hospital. Not on ventilator but given extra oxygen. Uncle doing better than her and is not in hospital but has to push back surgery that was scheduled to take out his kidney that is cancerous. NEITHER WAS VACCINATED BECAUSE THIS WHOLE THING WAS POLITICIZED AND THEY LET PARTY POLITICS DICTATE TO THEM HOW TO VIEW THE VACCINE INSTEAD OF PEER REVIEWED SCIENCE. I down with either way, but the two things I like most about the Pod alignment is it allows for more expansion and we could also create an expanded SEC Championship. We could have a semifinal round with the winners of all Pods playing the last Saturday of the November (say two play at Jerry’s World in Dallas and two play at BOA stadium in Charlotte) then the two winners play the first Saturday of December for the championship at Mercedes Benz stadium in Atlanta.

Safety- honestly it’s probably battle between rj roderick, jaylin Dickerson, Jaylen Ross, Jaylen Foster... but:

we have 3 DBs listed 2 walk on both redshirt freshman and the other true freshman so I’m guessing all our safety will be our backfield

so corners and safeties are about to get a lot of playing time.

3 of the non conference games, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Missouri, and one of the three against either Florida or Auburn (at home) or Tennessee or A&M away, the team will get better as the year progresses, Tennessee isn't a power house, and I am not certain that Auburn is that good either. If Harris and Lloyd can stay healthy and carry the running game, I think Doty, with at least some ability to pass and make plays in the read option will make the offense competitive. So that is my assessment, not that it matters and is subject to change if we lose to ECU the second week. It would take a small miracle to beat either UGA or the Upstate Rival this year, the talent gap overall is extremely wide.

Christmas in July

Although it doesnt make a lot of money and nobody watches it. What will they do with the Longhorn network? The SEC schools aren't dumb, no way they will vote Texas in without getting that little network. Maybe call it SEC 2 network?

the SEC will have 2 UTs. There won't be any confusion when someone says UT because we Gamecocks refer to Tennessee as UTjr and Texas is the real UT and the bigger UT, and we refer to Texas as just UT. Does anyone have a problem with that?

If rumors of a 12 team playoff are true combined with SEC/Big 10 type conferences expanding and being even more competitive, do the Cincinnati and UCF's of the world who have an opportunity to win 11 or 12 games a year now have a greater chance of getting into the playoff picture ?
