I saw that video as well- almost everyone did. It was promoted by Rudy Giuliani which immediately should have caused anyone with common sense to doubt the video was what people were claiming it to be.
This is the result of people watching videos online- that have never been involved in ballot counting making assumptions that just so happen to favor their preferred candidate. (Notice these assumptions NEVER favor their preferred candidate- it' always- 100% of the time goes against their preferred candidate. That's one amazing coincidence.)
More importantly, there are actually some high profile election law attorneys in Georgia that are Republicans- that
DID NOT join in on the over the top claims and did not get involved in the disputes over the election in Georgia. There is a reason those folks didn't want to be involved in these claims.
The people making the claims had no idea what they were looking at - nothing to compare it to - didn't explain that the "trunks" were the same ones that were used in 2018, 2016, 2014, 2012, etc..
When I read the explanations from elections officials- I realized there was nothing to it but conspiracy theory nonsense.
- Georgia election officials, including Republican voting system implementation manager Gabriel Sterling, publicly disputed claims that the video shows fraudulent activity.
- Officials said that there was never an instruction for observers to leave, and that there were no suitcases full of ballots. The bins in the video were standard ballot containers, and the footage shows what officials described as the normal tabulation process.
Georgia election officials disputed a video promoted by President Donald Trump’s campaign as evidence of election fraud,

Here is a local news investigation into the claims- with the same result.
Supporters of the president are calling it #SuitcaseGate on social media. However, they are not suitcases. 11Alive confirmed they're the standard ballot containers.
