All I know is it (FOC) is scheduled to open in 'December of 2018'.
Moving on, Google Maps satellite indicates 'Future Football Practice Field' to be located on the vacant land behind the current outdoor practice fields and the IPF. Anybody know anything about this?

Assuming this thing is opened sometime this Spring, (let's face it, construction projects are rarely completed on time) Muschamp and Company need it to pay immediate dividends in recruiting. The 2020 class needs to be a stellar class. It would be great if it opens in December, as we could really use a strong finish to the 2019 class.
Now, that just doesn't make sense. Carolina's Administration getting something done on a timely basis at the convergence of efficiency and opportunity cost?
The FOC should have a grand opening this Saturday or Sunday, but it won't happen. That kind of thing just ain't in our DNA. Now, technocratic foot dragging and clock watching? Man, we got that $hit nailed!
