For us as fans and a program to discontinue the series with Clemson in football. This dominance and titles is going to be to much to handle. We have absolutely nothing to fight back with and it's like a journeyman fighting Tyson in his prime. We haven't a chance and being lumped in with them every year and being humiliated is going to kill what tiny bit of football culture we as fans have left. This is the only logical step left to save the football program.

Just imagine if Clemson decided to do that right after we won our 5th straight over them.
The 5 straight deal is dead as can be. That was 2 National titles and 4 playoffs later. I know we rode the 5 straight as long as we could but only Gamecock fans remember. The recruits that were 11 years old then definitely are not going to bed tonight thinking about our 5peat.
