We have a decent HC, except that he refuses to hire smart people to call plays and run practice. Call me crazy, but maybe hiring a simple man as AD was a risk.

It’s so obvious that we have a coach that can recruit great talent, but that he comes up short when it comes to running a team on the field. If muschamp would have just hired the Appalachian State coach equivalent to run the on-field action, we would be a top 20 team easily. It’s almost as if Ray Tanner doesn’t know what he’s doing.
