LOL!!! Well I see the 'Xperts' got it right again.

LOL!!! TCU last year, Florida State this year. OMG!!! And not only one team but, TWO teams with losses get placed but, the undefeated team doesn't. AND BAMA ALREADY LOST TO TEXAS ..... LOL!!!

The best part of going to 12 teams next year is reading all the posts supporting this year's and next year's selections. LOL!!! And I thought Frank's BOY was a Clown Show.

PLEASE, Please, please. Can we get some local 'Xperts' to Xplain how going to 12 PO teams is going to get it right and how it's going to be a benefit just like N.I.L., the Super Conference Xpansion, Graduate Transfers, the Portal, and additional eligibility due to covid has been to college football.

Well, at least all OUR rednecks are enjoying the ACC's slap-in-the-face.

It's time to dissolve the current NCAA and come up with a new, equitable governing body.

Football Scheduling Note (2024)

Earlier this week Kirk Bohls of the Austin American-Statesman reported that the 2024 SEC football schedule would be coming in November

Re: South Carolina, the Gamecocks already have dates locked in on Aug. 31 (Old Dominion), Sept. 21 (Akron), Nov. 23 (Wofford) and Nov. 30 (Clemson), meaning they will play SEC opponents in weeks 2 and 3.

Right now every other SEC opponent on the schedule has a non-conference date locked in for week 2 except Kentucky. And for week 3, every opponent on the league schedule except LSU and Texas A&M already have non-confernece dates locked in, so we can say with confidence:

South Carolina will almost certainly be @ Kentucky in week 2 of next season, and host either A&M or LSU in week 3.

Recruiting budget: We are 10th in SEC. Good enough?

Interesting. The only teams we are ahead of are Kentucky, LSU, Miss St and Vandy. LSU has insane levels of in-state talent, so not surprising they dont need to spend much.

This is a core fundamental AD question. Should we “share the wealth” and give every sport good funding but let football exist at 10th? Or go all-in on football and actually try to become great? We know what our AD has decided. Hes a baseball guy. He has empathy for non revenue sports who are overshadowed by football. His National Championships in baseball were vastly overshadowed by Spurrier simply going 11-2 with no ring.

I personally would like it to be all-in on football, because I simply dont care about other sports at all.

Beamer after a win

I'm going to say this as respectfully as possible but can we do away with insisting the kids get right in front of the camera after every win (even if they aren't occurring that often). I get it. Great husband and father and wants to project that image but maybe bring them out if we win a bowl game. I have nothing against his family but it just looks so staged.

UPDATE Ray: Chadwell just MADE FIESTA BOWL won CUSA w #23 Liberty; Resign

The guy Ray said no to just won his 5th conference championship at 4 different schools as #24 13-0 Liberty is finishing off NM State (who blew out Auburn 2 weeks ago) to win Conference USA.

Chadwell conf championships
D2 North Greenville x 1 2010
FCS Charlleston Southern x 2 2015/2016
FBS Coastal Carolina x 1 2020
FBS Liberaty x 1 2023

**He also was OC at CSU in 2005 when they won a 3rd one

And yes, Hugh Freeze coacbed LU last year. And left, and Chadwell had to convince LU players not to portal out. Appears he did quite well. While we lose players like a sinking ship.

And he just turned down Mississippi State to stay at Liberty.

Ray Tanner should resign over this one. We had an up and coming star and he said no, to hire a 20 year position coach.
